I have nothing to update, but I thought I’d say hi. And I do read the comments, and I do respond to them (or at least I try to). Thanks for still checking the blog. I know it hasn’t been exciting, but such is life, eh?
I’m going to be even less available in the near future. April 13th is our project Go Live, and so we’re getting down to the wire. Lots of overtime. Last Friday I checked my hours and I only needed to come in for an hour an a half to get my time in. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way as I had a lot of things to do.
And there’s after Go Live. That’s when the real fun begins. We’re giving the hospital 24/7 support for the new system, which means everyone will be working 12 hour shifts, some of which will be nights. Mind you none of this comes as a surprise. I knew all about this going into the job. But they pay well, and I’ll be getting mondo overtime. I just be hallucinating by the end of it 
Oh, and the picture is me with my friend’s cat. It’s an old picture from last year and has no relevance to my story. I just thought I should put a picture up. That cat is scared of everyone, but she just jumped into my lap. What can I say, cats love me.
