Good news there, friend. It’s not just for sinus issues. It’s also for nasal irrigation (if you find your nasal passages are too dry), to help with a stuffy nose/common cold or even just as an occasional flush of the impurities that build up in there.

Check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nasal_irrigation for more fun facts. And if you are serious about this adventure, you can pick up a cheap one at Walgreens. Since I was going to be using mine for a while, I opted for the ceramic version.

Of course, you should also send photos/video of the experience!

I just figured she was using all her energy to refrain from breathing through her nose. That could be bad… and messy.

I don’t have sinus issues (knock on wood), but quite honestly, I’d still like to try this thing! An adventure, I say!
